Frequently Asked Questions
Out-Of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will tell you when you place your order. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after you placed your order and additional stock cannot be obtained. In such a case, we will notify you of the cancelled item.
Standard Shipping Delivery Time
Orders can take up to three days to be processed, and this time is in addition to the estimated shipping time. Please keep this in mind as you choose your shipping method. For Standard Shipping, most in-stock items are shipped to arrive within 5-10 business days. Sorry, but we can not ship to APO/FPO military addresses. Occasionally, items ordered together may be shipped separately; however, you will not incur any additional shipping charges. Shipments to more than one address incur the charges indicated above for each address.
All orders are shipped from our store via Fedex.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be issued in any denominations and can be used for instore and online purchases.
